PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft electric conductor capable of obviating the need of using a conductive double-sided tape by further improving a conventional metal film gasket, and high in stability of electrical conduction. SOLUTION: This soft electric conductor 30 is formed by covering the outer periphery of a core material 32 having elasticity with a conductive material 34 in which at least the outside surface is formed of a conductor and which has flexibility to generate an opened region 38 without overlapping both its side edges 34a and 34b on each other. A fixing adhesive layer 40 for sticking the vicinities of both the side edges 34a and 34b to the core material 32, and sticking and fixing the soft electric conductor 30 to a fixing object is arranged on the surface of the core material 32 facing the opened region 38, and between the vicinities of the both the side edges 34a and 34b and the core material 32.
