PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is not popular to move a cursor using a key in a pointing device since skills are required in stopping a cursor and pressing a mouse button, thereby degrading the operability. SOLUTION: Different cursor-movement curved lines are provided in pressing a cursor-movement key and in releasing the key, and they are hysteresis curved lines to improve operability in stopping a cursor at a point and in cooperative operation with a mouse button.
