<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low temperature sintering dielectric ceramic composition capable of coping with thinning a layer and exhibiting excellent characteristics (specific dielectric constant, loss Q value and insulation resistance), a composite electronic component such as a lamination type filter having a dielectric layer made from the dielectric ceramic composition or a laminated ceramic capacitor. <P>SOLUTION: The dielectric ceramic composition comprises: a main component containing at least one selected from barium titanate, strontium titanate and calcium titanate; and oxide of Bi, oxide of B and oxide of Cu as accessory components, wherein the content of the oxide of Bi is 0.5-10 wt.% expressed in terms of Bi<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, the content of the oxide of B is 0.5-1.5 wt.% expressed in terms of B<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>and the content of the oxide of Cu is 0.5-10 wt.% expressed in terms of CuO based on 100 wt.% main component. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
