PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device that can incorporate an ultrafine coaxial cable into a slide mobile terminal device and has excellent resistance to slide-bending, and a harness for the electronic device's wiring. SOLUTION: The electronic device is configured to have a plurality of circuit-holding housings slidably adjoined to each other, with the circuits within these housings being electrically connected to each other by a harness for electronic device wiring. The harness for electronic device wiring causes a multitude of electric wires to be arranged in parallel and has a cable layered portion in which a plurality of flat cables collectively covered with a jacket material having a Young's modulus of 300-2,700 MPa in the form of a tape are stacked, and the cable layered portion is arranged in U-shape on a slide surface of the housing.
