PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condensate filter having a simulation unit capable of simulating an operational condition equal to that of an actual condensate filter body, and easily performing sampling of a hollow fiber membrane. SOLUTION: The condensate filter comprises a unit for evaluating the physical properties of a hollow fiber membrane, installed along with the condensate filter body and equipped with a column accommodating the same kind of hollow fiber membrane modules, a unit condensate introduction line introducing condensate of an amount corresponding to a ratio of membrane areas of a hollow fiber membranes in the condensate filter body and the unit for evaluating the physical properties of a hollow fiber membrane, and an air introduction line for unit scrubbing, introducing air for unit scrubbing to the unit for evaluating the physical properties of a hollow fiber membrane so as to equalize the amount of supplied air for scrubbing per unit cross-sectional area in the hollow fiber membrane assembly part of the hollow fiber module in the condensate filter body with the amount of supplied air for scrubbing per unit cross-sectional area in a hollow fiber membrane assembly part of the hollow fiber module in the unit for evaluating the physical properties of a hollow fiber membrane.
