PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a column reinforcing structure, easily and early constructible, for improving aseismatic performance of an existing building, while restraining adverse influence such as blocking up an existing opening part and narrowing an existing dwelling space. SOLUTION: This column reinforcing structure 1 is composed of a pair of aseismatic reinforcing members 10 and 10 arranged in mutually opposed positions by sandwiching a column 2, and connecting members 20, 20, etc. connecting this pair of aseismatic reinforcing members 10 and 10.
