A removal apparatus of residual engine oil is provided to prevent the performance of engine oil from being deteriorated and to facilitate an engine oil removing work by completely removing the residual engine oil. A removal apparatus of residual engine oil comprises an air supply pipe(10) through which high pressure air is injected and an attachment unit(20) to fix the air supply pipe to an oil inlet port. The attachment unit includes a cylindrical air injection pipe(30) having one end communicated with the air supply pipe, a pivoting piece installed on the other end of the air injection pipe, and a packing member(40). The pivoting piece rests on the inner peripheral of the oil inlet port. The packing member is installed on the outer peripheral of the air injection pipe to move along the air injection pipe so as to seal the oil inlet port.
