<p>Provided is a liquid cosmetic comprising at least an inorganic pigment, a dispersant, a film forming agent and water, wherein the dispersant is a homopolymer or a copolymer obtained by polymerizing a raw material monomer of at least one compound selected from acrylic acid, methacrylic acid or (C 1 to C 4 and C 8 ) alkyl esters thereof, and the film forming agent comprises an emulsion of a homopolymer (excluding a homopolymer comprising only polystyrene) or a copolymer obtained by polymerizing a raw material monomer of at least one compound selected from acrylic acid, methacrylic acid, (C 1 to C 4 and C 8 ) alkyl esters thereof or styrene.</p> |
