The present invention refers to the creation of a heliostat with mechanisms for tilting mirrors and performing lifting movements, which is formed by a plurality of mechanisms such as those for tilting mirrors, intended to collect the radiation in a concentration tower or for lifting the same by means of a linear actuator. The heliostat includes a reflecting surface, a system of fasteners adjusted to deform the reflecting surface, a metallic structure formed by structural elements, frames, and tubes, azimuth and lifting motion mechanisms, a fastening post, an anchoring shoe, a power source and servomotors.
