<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device capable of improving connection reliability. <P>SOLUTION: A printed board has a plurality of first lands and a plurality of second lands respectively arranged in a line along an arrangement direction of terminals, the second lands are arranged at positions separated from a body part relative to the first lands, and the first and second lands provide a zigzag pattern. Each terminal reflow-mounted on the second land includes: a first parallel part nearly parallel to the surface of the printed board with at least a part thereof fixed to the body part; a second parallel part nearly parallel to the surface of the printed board, exposed from the body part, and having the mounting part to the second land connected to an end on the side distant from the body part; and a first connection part connecting the first parallel part to the second parallel part. The whole of the first parallel part is arranged in the body part, or an exposure part thereof from the body part to a land forming side is reduced in length relative to the second parallel part, and the second parallel part is positioned at a position close to the surface of the printed board relative to the first parallel part in a direction vertical to the surface of the printed board. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
