摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elastic electrode structure for solid metal material bonding or powder metal sintering by electropulsing by which a bonded body with high accuracy can be obtained at a low cost, with lower electric power consumption, using a compact and simple apparatus and also to provide an apparatus for solid metal material bonding or powder metal sintering by electropulsing, using such the elastic electrode structure. SOLUTION: The electrode structure comprises: an electrode body 1; a carbon tool 2 which is interposed between the electrode body 1 and a solid metal material or powder metal material 6 to be bonded to the electrode body 1 and is used for keeping a parallelism between the electrode body 1 and the solid metal material or powder metal material 6; and a heating element 3 which is interposed between the carbon tool 2 and the solid metal material or powder metal material 6.
