发明名称 SUPERCONDUCTING COMPOUND THIN FILM AND ITS PREPARATION METHOD
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superconducting compound thin film transparent in visible light region, since a transparent superconductor has not been realized though many superconductors have been found so far, but they are all opaque in the visible light region. SOLUTION: The superconducting compound thin film is characterised by being formed of a compound, which is expressed by chemical formula [Ca<SB>24</SB>Al<SB>28</SB>O<SB>64</SB>]<SP>4+</SP>2[xO<SP>2-</SP>+2yA+2ä1-(x+2y)}e<SP>-</SP>], where A is one or more of OH<SP>-</SP>, O<SP>-</SP>and O<SB>2</SB><SP>-</SP>, 0≤x+2y≤0.5, shows electric superconductivity, has the visible light transmission measured by a method prescribed by JIS R1635 of 80% or more based on film thickness of 40 nanometer, and has a myenite type crystal structure. The superconducting compound thin film is prepared by substituting, by reduction treatment, electrons for 1/2 or more of anions in the thin film expressed by chemical formula [Ca<SB>24</SB>Al<SB>28</SB>O<SB>64</SB>]<SP>4+</SP>2[xO<SP>2-</SP>+2yA], where the second bracket shows anions in the cage, also A is one or more of OH<SP>-</SP>, O<SP>-</SP>or 0<SB>2</SB><SP>-</SP>, 0≤x≤1, and y=1-x.
