PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tire label which can suppress the pealing of the label stuck on the surface of the side wall portion by adhesive, and further to provide a pneumatic tire having the same label stuck thereon. SOLUTION: The tire label 1 is configured so as to be stuck on the surface Ta of the side wall portion T1 of the pneumatic tire T by the adhesive. The tire label 1 has a base layer 2 to be stuck on the surface Ta of the side wall portion T1, and a label body layer 3 overlying the base layer 2. Display information 5, such as so-called LOGO, is provided on the back surface 3b of the label body layer 3.
