PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof packing constituted so that a parting line may not be located on a contact surface with a waterproof case when packing is incorporated, and may not be influenced even when sand or the like adheres to the packing. SOLUTION: In the waterproof packing, an upper half and a lower half are formed of a different constituent member with the parting line of the nearly columnar packing as a boundary, and a level difference is formed at the position of the parting line by making the upper half and the lower half formed of the different constituent member different in size. In the waterproof packing, an upper half and a lower half are constituted of a constituent member made of different material with the parting line of the nearly columnar packing as a boundary, the hardness of the upper half is made lower than that of the lower half, the lower half has hardness to such an extent that it can maintain its shape even when supporting a part of the packing, and the upper half is made soft to such an extent that sand can be buried.
