<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system wherein an on-the-spot investigation by a person in charge of maintenance can be reduced and a cause of abnormal disconnection of a radio channel in mobile communications can be speedily and accurately investigated by analyzing an answer from a user to automatically grasp a place where the disconnection occurs, and its cause. <P>SOLUTION: The system includes a means for transmitting abnormally disconnected call information from a mobile communication exchange 30 to an abnormal disconnection call investigation apparatus 50 via a maintenance information management apparatus 40 when the radio channel between portable mobile equipment 10 and a base station 20 is abnormally disconnected, a means for judging whether or not a questionnaire survey is required by a disconnection reason contained in the abnormally disconnected call information by the abnormally disconnected call investigation apparatus 50, a means for transmitting questionnaire survey request mail to the portable mobile equipment 10 when the disconnection reason requires the questionnaire survey, a means for receiving questionnaire document picture information by performing access from the portable mobile equipment 10 to the abnormally disconnected call investigation apparatus 50 that is an access destination described in the questionnaire survey request mail, a means for inputting and transmitting questionnaire answer contents on a screen of the portable mobile equipment 10, and a means for specifying the place where the abnormal disconnection occurs and analyzing the cause on the basis of the questionnaire answer contents received by the abnormally disconnected call investigation apparatus 50. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
