A synthetic resin glass frame with a prefabricated hinge is provided to improve the manufacturing yield of glasses by fixing the hinge at an accurate position of the glass frame. Mount grooves(2) are formed on hinge implementation portions(4) at both sides of a glass frame(5). A hinge(1) is coupled with the mount grooves. A screw hole(3) is formed on one of the mount grooves. A screw pore(10) for a screw(6) is formed on a fixing portion(100). The fixing portion is formed on the hinge. The screw is coupled with the mount groove through the screw pore. The fixing portion of the hinge is coupled with the mount groove of the glass frame. The screw is coupled with the screw pore and the screw hole. A short groove(20) is formed around the mount groove. A holding slice(200) is formed at a start point of the fixing portion of the hinge.
