A variable hydraulic clutch release cylinder device is provided to reduce responsive force of a clutch pedal and prevent a clutch pedal stroke from increasing. A variable hydraulic clutch release cylinder device(1) comprises a cylindrical body(2) having an inlet(3), a piston(6) closely embedded to be movable by oil pressure, a push rod(10) having one end supported to the piston and the other end contacted to operate a clutch release fork, a boot that prevents hydraulic leakage by surrounding a front end of the push rod and the cylindrical body, a conical spring(12) elastically repulsing the piston to compensate for a clutch clearance and a cylinder cup(8) mount on the piston to cut off hydraulic leakage. In addition, the variable clutch release cylinder device further comprises a diameter expansion unit(r2) and an elastic body.
