<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shoe composed of an artificial substance with a pattern film of a long service life to maintain a life of the shoe favorable and long, in which, additionally, the film can be simply installed on the shoe. <P>SOLUTION: Patterns are printed on a PU pattern film, and the film is attached to a web agent of the shoe of a synthetic substance to be flat, with the printed surface downward. For manufacturing the shoe of the synthetic substance, a porous foam aluminum mold 11 is provided on the inner side 10 of an upper die frame 7 of an ordinary die 6, and a suction pump 12 is connected to it.
