PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a memory volume as a whole. SOLUTION: A data storage control unit 121 determines whether or not a pixel input from an input terminal 21a is an access candidate constituting an access pattern AP from an input terminal 21c, and if determined that the pixel is not the access candidate, determines whether or not the number of pixels stored in a memory bank of a current storage target in a memory 31 exceeds the predetermined maximum number of storage pixels. If determined that the pixel is the access candidate or the number of stored pixels exceeded the maximum number of storage pixels, the data storage control unit 121 changes the memory bank of the storage target to a next memory bank, and stores data on the pixels in the changed next memory bank.
