<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deliver a sample image output to a paper discharge place different from a usual output place during usual image output from an image forming apparatus by instruction from the image forming apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus 20 comprises an operating section 150 for designating sample image output request, and a first paper discharge means for discharging sample image output results.
