PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive support device capable of performing the support requested by a driver even when the driver puts his foot on a pedal in advance. SOLUTION: The drive support device comprises a camera (11) for picking up an image of a foot (21) of a driver on a brake pedal (22), a foot position detection means (11) for detecting the position of the foot (21) of the driver by processing the image picked up by the camera (11), a determination means (13) for determining whether or not the driver's foot (21) is placed on the brake pedal (22) for a predetermined time during which the driver specifies the support on the requested deceleration, and a support unit for outputting a support command on the deceleration based on the determination and performing the support on the driver's deceleration.
