<p>PURPOSE:To smoothly form the cut surface of protruding end parts of a foaming material sheet at the time of cutting the end parts by providing constitution in such a way as inserting double piled foaming material sheet between sucking surfaces, formed by a pair of sucker devices, so as to be adsorbed and held. CONSTITUTION:The sheets of foaming material sheets 1, 2 to be connected together are adsorbed and held by a pair of sucker devices 3 formed by providing sucking surfaces. Under this condition, protruding end parts 1a, 2a of the double piled foaming material sheets 1, 2 are cut and melted by a cutting device 9 such as a cutter or the like and a heating device 10 respectively. As a result, no displacement is generated in cut and melted surfaces of the foaming material sheets 1, 2 even when they are not firmly held between the sucking surfaces, and this cut melted surface generates no distortion and irregularity at all. Accordingly, when the fellow cut surfaces of the two foaming material sheets are connected together, this connection part is prevented from generating a clearance even partly.</p> |
