<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable display device which is not always need to have an operation part independent of a device case, the mobile display device being characterized in that display contents can accurately be operated by case movement and can also be operated with a natural operation feeling without awareness of an interface. <P>SOLUTION: A movement quantity arithmetic unit 3 uses a measurement result of an acceleration measurement unit 1 and an image photographed by an outside camera unit 21 so that they are mutually corrected, and calculates a quantity of three-dimensional displacement of the device case, so that the quantity of three-dimensional displacement of the device case can be calculated more accurately. The movement quantity arithmetic unit 3 calculates the quantity and direction of movement of a display position of a map displayed at a display unit 5 from the quantity of three-dimensional displacement of the device case and a display control unit 4 scrolls the map displayed at the display unit 5 according to the quantity and direction of movement to move the display position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
