PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building and a building method capable of providing a structure of a desired shape by relatively simple work. SOLUTION: This building has a plurality of building frame materials 1 having a predetermined cross-sectional shape and extended and formed in the predetermined length and a string body 3 for constructing a wall and a roof body of an optional shape by connecting and fixing the plurality of building frame materials by being inserted into the plurality of building frame materials.
