<p>The machine has a cylindrical yoke (6), and a C shape gap (10) formed between opposite end walls of a flange of a pulley (4) and the yoke to permit the pulley to rotate. An open path communicates with a groove (13) at the level of its inner end. The groove is formed in an outer circumference of an annular protrusion (12) of the yoke to direct water penetrating into an upper part of the gap towards lowest part of the yoke.</p>
