<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide konjak (jelly made from starch of Amorphophallus rivieri var. konjac) capable of being well permeated with a taste and capable of preventing a konjak odor from forming. <P>SOLUTION: This konjak is obtained by coagulating a mixture which contains at least a processed material of sprouted brown rice and a konjak paste. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
