PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of generating parameters to be set to an electronic apparatus securely from the standpoint of security with a simple work.

SOLUTION: A flowchart for denoting processing steps of a setting program by a PC includes: a step S2 of entering the parameters required for wireless LAN communication at first in the case of generating the setting parameters set to the electronic apparatus with a wireless LAN function and an imaging function; a step S6 of thereafter entering a secret key for encrypting the entered parameters; a step S7 of thereafter using the secret key to encrypt the entered parameters; a step S8 of generating encrypted information; a step S9 of generating an image of a two-dimensional bar code on the basis of the encrypted information; and steps S10, S12 for visually outputting the generated image by carrying out imaging through the use of the imaging function.
