<p>Pharmaceutical compositions suitable for the treatment of skin disorder are provided which include at least a therapeutically effective amount of at least on antiacne agent and at least one antibiotic agent as active pharmaceutical ingredients and a hydrophilic matrix capable of providing a constant and uniform release of the active pharmaceutical ingredients.</p>
