PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide opening equipment which has a locking device capable of easily adjusting a position, even if a key retainer is housed inside an outer meeting stile. SOLUTION: This opening equipment is equipped with a frame body with four sides, and a plurality of sashes which are arranged in the frame body; at least one of the plurality of sashes is constituted in a horizontally movable manner; a key piece, which is turnably mounted in the inner meeting stile of the indoor-side sash, and a key retainer, which is provided in the outer meeting sash of the outdoor-side sash, are provided; and locking is performed by making the key piece engaged with an engaging part of the key retainer. The key retainer has a positioning means which can finely adjust a position of the engaging part, and a depth surface of the outer meeting stile is provided with the window which enables the operation of the positioning means.
