PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vending machine that allows the operation of pulling out a commodity storage rack and the operation of unlocking a lock mechanism in a single operation. SOLUTION: The vending machine is replenished with commodities by pulling out the commodity storage rack 40 stored in the storage of a body cabinet by the operation of a handle 42. The vending machine has a lock mechanism 48 for locking the commodity storage rack 40 stored in the storage of the body cabinet, the lock mechanism comprising an engagement piece 10a formed in a rail 11 and a lock fitting 49. The handle 42 movably mounted to the commodity storage rack 40 and the lock fitting 49 of the lock mechanism 48 are linked together via an eccentric cam 44 and a sliding plate 46, and the handle 42 is raised to rotate the lock fitting 49 via the eccentric cam 44 and the sliding plate 46 to unlock the lock mechanism 48. The operation of unlocking the lock mechanism 48 and the operation of pulling out the commodity storage rack 40 are made possible by the single operation of raising the handle 42.
