PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily removable waterproof type composition for making up and/or caring for keratin materials. SOLUTION: The composition has an aqueous continuous phase and comprises at least one aqueous dispersion of particles of a polymer other than a copolymer obtained by condensation of diethylene glycol, cyclohexanedimethanol, isophthalic acid and sulfoisophthalic acid, at least one wax, at least one polyelectrolyte and at least one salt.
