PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus in which damage of a mounting component due to static electricity is avoided by absolutely preventing the static electricity flowing into an box body from flowing into the LED in the box body and an optical sensor, or other electric/electronic components vulnerable to invasion of the static electricity. SOLUTION: An LED cover 14 having a tube form with the bottom is formed and arranged with a sealed end side of the LED cover 14 made to face the side of the opening 12 of the box body 10. An insulating elastic holder 15 holding the opening end side of the LED cover 14 is provided. The opening end of the LED cover 14 is arranged on a front surface of a circuit board 10 through the elastic holder 15 in a non-contacting condition. Grounding conductive wiring 22 of the circuit board 10 is extended at least to a position beneath the opening end of the LED cover 14, and the shortest distance from the LED cover 14 to the grounding conductive wiring 22 is set shorter than that from the LED cover 14 to the LED 13.
