PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a reinforcement member for reinforcing fitting when a cover member made of resin is fitted and fixed to an outer ring member from easily falling off due to a difference in thermal expansion or thermal shrinkage from the cover member. SOLUTION: A rolling bearing device 1 for a wheel has the cover member 25 made of resin which is fitted and fixed to an end of the outer ring member 2 and covers an axial opening of the roller bearing device for the wheel. The cover member is provided with an annular member 33 made of metal on an inner peripheral side of a fitting portion to the outer ring member.
