<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen supply system capable of desired hydrogen supply by performing wind power generation at a place where wind always blows and performing stable hydrogen manufacturing. <P>SOLUTION: The hydrogen supply system includes a hydrogen manufacturing ship 1 provided with a wind power generation system 11a, a hydrogen manufacturing device 12 electrolyzing water by electric power obtained by the wind power generation system 11a and generating hydrogen and a tank 15 storing hydrogen obtained by the hydrogen manufacturing device 12, and a tanker 18 which is a transportation means transporting hydrogen manufactured by the hydrogen manufacturing ship 1 ashore.
