<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power conditioner in which self-diagnosis of a ground fault detection circuit or a leak current detection circuit can be carried out surely through a simple arrangement. <P>SOLUTION: The power conditioner comprises an inverter 4, a relay 5 for connecting the inverter 4 to the system side or interrupting the inverter 4 from the system side, a ZCT (current transformer) 8 for detecting a fault current such as a ground fault current or a leak current by passing the U phase and W phase of a power line (single phase three-wire system), a circuit 9 for detecting a ground fault current from a sensor detection amount detected by the ZCT (current transformer) 8, a circuit 10 for detecting a leak current from a sensor detection amount detected by the ZCT (current transformer) 8, and a means 7 performing self-diagnosis of the ground fault detection circuit 9 or the leak current detection circuit 10 based on a signal component being detected by the ground fault detection circuit 9 or the leak current detection circuit 10 by varying the signal conditions of an oscillation circuit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
