PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing mainly a compressible interconnected-cell rigid PUR foam board continuously using a double conveyer belt according to a normal temperature molding method in order to manufacture the soft trim for the automobile. SOLUTION: This method manufactures mainly an open-cell normal temperature molded compressible rigid polyurethane foam from isocyanate reactive components comprising isocyanate components satisfying specified requirements and at least five types of polyhydroxy compounds satisfying specified requirements. The foam is manufactured according to a double conveyer belt method. The foam according to the present invention is particularly useful for manufacturing the soft trim for the automobile, particularly an inside roof lining, a roof stiffening board and a column trim.
