摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for enhancing adhesiveness of a rare earth system permanent magnet. SOLUTION: An organic resin is dispersed in an alkali silicate water solution to prepare a treatment liquid containing the organic resin of 0.1 wt% to 5 wt% and alkali silicate of 2 wt% to 30 wt%. After this treatment liquid is coated on a magnet surface, it is heated and dried. When a film, which has constituents consisting of the alkali silicate and the organic resin, and has the content of the organic resin of 0.1 wt% to 50 wt% with uniform dispersion, is formed on the magnet surface; a thickness of the film is set to 5μm or more, so that a plurality of cracks are produced in the film, to form an aggregate of film pieces of which surfaces are formed in an island shape by cutting apart by ultrafine grooves.
