Valve urethral catheter with operation by invocation on the external edge has incorporated or additional one way valve (from the outside to the inside) and this valve after pressure that the patient exercises with his fingers in the external part ofthe catheter, when the patient feels the need to urinate, opens allowing the discharge of urine. The advantage of this invention is that the patient can circulate (move) without accompanying urine collectors or temporary `seals` of the urethral catheter, and to discharge his urinary bladder in regular periods when he considers it convenient or when the appropriate area is available for use (toilet), by simple external pressure of the urethral catheter, in a way imitating the normal process of discharging of the urinary bladder (urination). At the same time, by the use of this urethral catheter the atony of the urinary bladder is avoided, in case of chronic use of the urethral catheter, that is owed to the fact that by the use of standard (existing) urethral catheters the urinary bladder is constantly discharged of urine and it lacks physiological tone, with possible consequence, after the stopping of the need to use urethral catheter, the person not to be able to discharge the urinarybladder sufficiently or even at all and by the lapse of time distension of higher urinary system to occur, due to the extremely great pressures developed in the urinary bladder. |
