A system for performing evaluation in a website by distributing ranking forcibly is provided to prevent paternal evaluation by forcibly distributing ranking of members included in an organization and make the evaluated members agree to the evaluation by minimizing collusive evaluation. An input unit(S901) receives evaluator and member data, weight, and an index calculation mode. A memory(S902) stores the received data and evaluated index data. An evaluation index calculator(S903) calculates an evaluation index by converting scores, which are evaluated through an Internet evaluation screen by the evaluator, into the index. A member index calculator(S904) calculates the evaluation index and a weight evaluation index of each member included in an organization. A grade evaluation index calculator(S905) calculates the evaluation index of each grade. A total evaluation index calculator(S906) calculates a total evaluation index. A transmitter(S907) transmits the index calculated by each calculator to an output unit(S908) and the memory, and the output unit outputs the evaluation indexes calculated in a forcible ranking distribution mode. |
