PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise prevention device for suppressing noise generation at the time of listening to the radio. SOLUTION: The noise prevention device is provided with an antistatic liquid supply device for supplying antistatic liquid eliminating charge of a tire 16 to the tire surface and with an ECU 26 for controlling the antistatic liquid supply device to supply the antistatic liquid to the tire surface when a signal to start the operation of the radio 30 is detected. The ECU 26 controls the antistatic liquid supply device so as to supply the antistatic liquid to the tire surface before voice of the radio 30 is output. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
