PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure fluidized-bed hybrid power system and a method of keeping a constant layer height of the pressure fluidized-bed boiler capable of stably generating power without performing an operation with power generation output lowered and without stopping the pressure fluidized-bed boiler when equipment for supplying a kneaded matter to the pressure fluidized-bed boiler is partially failed. SOLUTION: A conveyor 32 is disposed near a kneader 22 to convey the kneaded matter from the kneader 22 to conveyors 42, 46. The conveyor 42 is disposed near the conveyor 32 to convey the kneaded matter conveyed by the conveyor 32 to a group of tanks 56.
