PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a user easily make a drive plan wherein the reception state of a broadcast wave of a broadcast program being viewed or to be viewed is taken into consideration. SOLUTION: A broadcast wave receiving device 100 comprises a storage unit 101, an acquisition unit 102, a specification unit 103, a calculation unit 104, a decision unit 105, a route change unit 106, and a display unit 107. The storage unit 101 stores reception state information. The acquisition unit 102 acquires route information. The specification unit 103 specifies a reception defective area. The calculation unit 104 calculates the time when a moving body is scheduled to arrive at the reception defective area. The decision unit 105 decides whether the moving body arrives at the reception defective area during viewing of the broadcast program. The route change unit 106 changes the route of the moving body so that the moving body does not arrive at the reception defective area during the viewing of the broadcast program.
