PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication apparatus, a communication system, and a notification method and program. SOLUTION: The mobile communication apparatus that can radio-communicate with an information server, in which address information of the communication apparatus and user information capable of specifying the user of the communication apparatus are stored to be previously made correspond to each other, is provided with: an information receiving part for receiving information including the address information of the communication apparatus transmitted from the communication apparatus; a transmitting part for transmitting the address information received by the information receiving part to the information server; a user information receiving part for receiving from the information server the user information stored in the information server while associated with the address information transmitted by the transmitting part; and a notification part for notifying the user of the mobile communication apparatus of the user information received by the user information receiving part.
