<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing a laminate having uniform optical characteristics with its coating layer having a small thickness variation within its face by suppressing coating defects such as uneven film thickness and a streaked defect and causing particles contained in a coating liquid to uniformly disperse in the coating layer. <P>SOLUTION: The method for preparing a laminate whereby a coating layer comprising particles and a binder matrix is formed on a support using a die head is characterized in that the mean diameter d (μm) of the above particles is not smaller than 0.03 μm and not greater than 10 μm and D×H is not lower than 20 and not higher than 20,000 with D (1/sec) representing a shear rate arising in the liquid flow field disposed between the support and the tip of the die-head lip upon ejecting the coating liquid from the tip of the die-head lip and H (mm) representing the width of the tip of the die-head lip at the downstream side of the tip of the die-head lip. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
