MUSHROOM GROWING SUBSTRATE FROM ROSEMARY RESIDUALS AND PROCEDURE OF ITS OBTAINING

A mushroom growing substrate from rosemary residuals and procedure of its obtaining is solving the problem of useful application of wastes in the form of marc produced in extraction of substances with antioxidative properties from rosemary. Up to 80 weight percents of other organic substances are added to these wastes, mixed through and the mixture is thermally treated at a temperature between 60 degrees Celsius and 121 degrees Celsius. Cooling of the substrate follows down to a temperature lower than 35 degrees Celsius and then the inoculation of mushroom mycelia in the liquid or solid form. Incubation at a temperature between 10 degrees Celsius and 30 degrees Celsius follows the inoculation procedure, and the duration of the former depends on the kind of mushrooms and the quantity of the inoculated substrate.
