<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decomposition system of a carbon dioxide which can fix the carbon dioxide at a low cost by reducing the carbon dioxide exhausted from a factory etc. as a cause for global warming, and obtain a product with a high value added through the fixing process. <P>SOLUTION: The carbon dioxide exhausted from a factory etc. is converted to carbon and oxygen, using an ozone generator, and further the generated oxygen is decomposed into ozone. The ozone generator adopts the ultraviolet light process, the electrical discharge process, a high pressure ozone generator and an atmospheric plasma device. The temperature of a heat source of a plasma jet is about 1,000°C, and the heat sources are such as the surplus heat source of the factory, and solar light, wind power/hydraulic electricity generations. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
