SOLUTION: Among a plurality of LED modules 2a and 2b arrayed in a dot matrix state, the LED module 2a and the LED module 2n adjacent each other in a crosswise direction being a scrolling direction are arrayed so that blanks 3a formed between the LED modules 2a adjacent each other in a lengthwise direction and between the LED modules 2b and 2b adjacent each other in the lengthwise direction may be discontinuous in the crosswise direction.
