<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a number of temperature meters and humidity meters must be used to measure a radiation temperature in a case when air-conditioning in a building is controlled on the basis of a PMW value. <P>SOLUTION: An inclined actinometer is disposed in a building structure, and a measured value of the inclined actinometer is introduced to a processing portion to operate the radiation temperature at the window of the building structure. An optimum temperature set value is calculated from the sum of heat load value of a person calculated on the basis of the operated radiation temperature and the BEMS (Building Energy Management System) method to control an air conditioner. Or the heat load value of the person is estimated from the calculated radiation temperature and a measured value of an installed CO2 concentration meter, and the optimum temperature set value is calculated on the basis of the sum of the heat load value and the radiation temperature value to control the air conditioner. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
