PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-surface design support device and a multi-surface design support program which allow multi-surface design to be efficiently and easily performed. SOLUTION: When a control part 2 executes a multi-surface design support program (PA), the control part 2 generates one or a plurality of multi-surface design plans resulting from combining simple surfaces and scrap materials on the basis of external form data and component data of the simple surfaces and work size data set in a work size table, and in response to selection of one out of one multi-surface design plans, multi-surface design data including perforations are generated on the basis of the selected multi-surface design plan.
