PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of correcting deformation of a gas turbine high temperature part, reducing a cost by simplifying a process of correcting deformation of the gas turbine high temperature part. SOLUTION: In the method of correcting deformation of the gas turbine high temperature part, a deformation correcting tool 3 with a thermal-deforming part 4 of a thermal-deforming amount larger than that of the gas turbine high temperature part caused by solution heat treatment thereof is attached to the gas turbine high temperature part such that a longitudinal direction of the thermal-deforming part 4 of the deformation correcting tool 3 aligns with a deformation correcting direction of the gas turbine high temperature part. Then, the gas turbine high temperature part with the deformation correcting tool 3 attached thereto is subjected to the solution heat treatment to plastically deform the gas turbine high temperature part by a difference between the thermal-deforming amounts of the gas turbine high temperature part and the deformation correcting tool 3, thereby correcting deformation of the gas turbine high temperature part.
